1. You must have one or more ShoreLink services as of 1. March 15, 2010 to qualify.

2. Complete and return the survey card attached before March 15, 2010 to qualify for the drawing.

3. Referrals are not necessary to qualify.

4. For every qualified customer you refer who signs up 4. and uses their account between Jan 1st & March 15th, you will receive an additional chance to win.

5. Each additional service beyond one that you have, entitles you an extra chance to win.

6. ShoreLink employees & families may not participate.
