ACCELERATED DIAL-UP
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
* You must call
our office and set up an account before these instructions
will work for you.
**If you already have our
internet service you still have to call us to set up an
accelerator account.
You must have ShoreLink's
basic internet service installed on your computer before you
can proceed with our accelerator installation. To install the ShoreLink
Accelerator, please follow these directions:
(1)
Close all applications currently
running on your PC.
(2)
Place the disk in your CD drive.
The disk is self-extracting and will start by itself.
(3)
Follow the prompts to install the
software onto your PC.
(4)
Your Serial Number and Key Code
are on the colored label on the front of the CD case.
(5)
When entering your email address
to activate the service, please enter your address (yourusername)@myshorelink.com.
Your one month free trial
ends 30 days from the receipt of your installation CD.
Please contact us prior to your expiration date if you do
NOT wish to keep our Accelerated service. If we do not
hear from you on or before 30 days elapse ShoreLink Internet
Services will begin charging your credit or debit card for
the pro-rata amount due.
For example, if your regular
monthly billing date is the 2nd of June, on June
17th we’ll charge your credit or debit card $2.00
for the 15 days of Accelerated Internet Service ($4 per
month) from June 17th through July 2nd.
On your regular billing date of the 2nd, and each
month thereafter on your monthly billing date date,
ShoreLink Internet Services will change your monthly charge
credit or debit card from $9.95 to $13.95.
